KIDS RUN INFORMATION (Grades K-5)
The KIDS Run is organized by the Physical Education teachers from the four Mahwah elementary schools.
Children in grades K-5 are invited to participate in the KIDS Run.
Older siblings are invited to participate in the 5K run or 2 Mile walk.

ENTRY FEE: $15/child
*The entry fee increases to $ 20 on race day. Registration will be ONLINE only.
KIDS Run Schedule
Sunday October 26th at the Mahwah High School Track
9:30am KIDS Run Registration/ Check-In Opens at track entrance
10:15am KIDS Run participants line up on the back baseball field.
10:30am KIDS Run participants are lead to the High School track for the warm up and Kids Run.

HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE KIDS RUN?
The KIDS Run is for children in grades K-5.
*If you are a Mahwah student please be sure to select your school on the registration form.
Non- Mahwah students are welcome!
HOW FAR IS THE KIDS RUN?
Grades K,1,2 run one lap around the track (0.25 miles).
Grades 3,4,5 run 2 laps around the track (0.5 miles).
Students are grouped by grade, boys and girls are together.
The top three finishers for each grade will receive a medal.
K-5 STUDENT CHALLENGE
The SCHOOL with the most participation will receive $500 towards their school's P.E. program and an ice pop party!
Must be registered and present on race day to count.
Registration opens at 9:30am on Race Day. All participants must check-in on race day.
There will be limited availability of shirts on race day, so please plan to register in advance to be guaranteed a Kids Run shirt.
